1) 5AM Club: Yesterday was one of the sleep deprived days of my life but I made sure that I will not sleep during the day. The result was when I slept at around 2 AM at night, I woke up at 9:30 AM. So if I calculate the quantity of my sleep, it was about the same but the timings were way off then what I need it to be. However, I must add that I woke up refreshed and much more energetic than yesterday.
It might sound that I am reasoning my own shortcomings but I am not. I know I should have woken up on time and what happened was wrong. But now what should I do to make up for lost morning time. The only thing that I can think of is be equally or more productive with the remaining time and sleep on time if I want to wake up on time. I will try this for a week and see how things turn out.
2) Belly-Burn: Target of 10k steps achieved 08:15PM. I don't have much to share today about this. Though it took some efforts to finish this today but I feel this is being too monotonous. Nothing new is happening until I add a new exercise routine to my day. However, I am not sure if I'll be able to do it or not. Everything depends on the progress of '5AM Club' challenge. It has to move on a positive track to incorporate other things.
End of Week-01
As I mentioned yesterday, I will change the way I write this blog as it is not working for me. I want to divide this blog into two micro-blogs.
1) 5AM Club;
2) Belly-Burn.
I feel that I any way write this in two parts. The first part is done usually in the first half of my day. And the second part happens after I have finished my 10k Steps target. Sometimes, this means after 10PM. So, its better I publish my first part in the first half and second part before midnight (whenever steps target is achieved.) This will help me write in a flow without much editing as it will be fresh in my mind.
I am trying to be as honest as possible in this journey and I think this will help me do it much more easily. See you tomorrow with a fresh start to Week-02.
