1) 5AM Club: Today, I am not sure what should I call it, late or early morning. I got up a 09:45 AM which is clearly extremely late but for the first time I feel like reasoning it because it was no-one's fault really. My wife was unwell and due to that we actually fell asleep somewhere around 05:30-06:00 AM. I mean it was not like I spent the night on binging some web series (Yes, it has happened in the past.) It was a genuine reason and there is no one to blame. So I don't know may be I should put it in one of those exceptional days where circumstances force you to misbehave.
2) Belly-Burn: The target is achieved somehow. In my sleep deprived state, the 10k steps felt like a million but it happened and that is all that matters. This is becoming challenging way too earlier than what I estimated. It seems I have to be more strict with myself. The main target is discipline and clearly that is what I lack. Have to make more efforts towards that goal.
Tomorrow is Sunday. And its the end of Week-01 of the challenge. Alarm clock's time will change from Monday as per plan. I am also planning to change the way I am writing this blog. More on it tomorrow.
