Day - 04 (September 4th, 2020)

 

1) 5AM Club: Today, I woke up at 07:45AM. 45 mins early. It feels amazing to be before time. I have experienced this whenever I am ready before time for any meeting. But this happening in the morning is much more satisfying. 
                 Although my concern is that right now my timings are way too random which clearly indicates that my body clock is not set right now. Of-course, it won't happen in a day. But my effort has to be focused towards this now. How? I don't know yet. I have to figure out some way to be able to do it consistently. For today I am happy with a good start to my morning.
 
2) Belly-Burn: Achieved the 10k steps on time today. It feels amazing to amend the mistake the very next day. Just yesterday, I was struggling with achieving it on time, and today I did it before 9PM. 
                  I wanted to add that I have not altered my diet at all. Let's see how it goes by just adding a bit of exercise routine without adding or removing anything from my daily diet. Will decide about it after a couple of months based on the progress by then.
