Day - 03 (September 3rd, 2020)

 

1) 5AM Club: Today, I woke up at 08:30AM. Right on time. It feels good to be exactly on time. But since my efforts are towards being a 5Am Club member. I want to do it earlier every day. Until I reach their. The efforts will continue.
Lets see how things pan out from tomorrow.
 
2) Belly-Burn: Achieved the goal of 10k at 11:45PM. Just fifteen minutes before midnight. It seems I should also add a time limit for each day. It is comparatively easy task in itself. The difficult thing is to be consistent. Doing it each day, everyday, without failure is the main challenge. Although that is the way to get results. So I will do it. I am sure I can.
