The new week has begun on a positive note. For Week - 02, Alarm clock is set at 08:00AM and I have to wake up by 08:10AM everyday. Today, I got out of my bed at exactly 08:10 AM. So, it was perfect execution of my plan. I am happy with myself today.
How did I do it? I found a useful technique. After going to bed last night, before falling asleep, the last thought in my mind that I can recall of was to get up on time. Specific time. 08:00AM. And it seem to have worked. Although I cannot confirm it yet unless it works consistently. I was awake before my alarm clock. Though it was being difficult to get out of bed. But the way I felt yesterday while writing this blog is something I did not want to experience again. And this thought helped me to get up on time. I hope tomorrow morning is as good as today.
